What’s the difference between Health Coaching and Life Coaching
Health coaching focuses on your physical well-being—things like nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management. Life coaching supports you in mindset, habits, relationships, and overall balance. I combine both, because real transformation happens when your body and your life align.
Are these in person coaching sessions?
All of my coaching sessions are held virtually via Zoom or by phone. This way, you can connect from wherever you are, whether you prefer a face to face conversation on Zoom or the ease of a phone call. It keeps things flexible, comfortable, and accessible for your lifestyle.
How is Coaching different from therapy
Therapy often looks back, healing past wounds and processing experiences. Coaching looks forward, focusing on where you are now, where you want to be, and creating the habits and mindset shifts to get there. Both are valuable, but coaching is action-oriented and future-focused.
Do I need to be struggling to work with you?
Not at all. Many of my clients come to me because they feel “fine,” but they want to feel better, more energy, more confidence, more balance. Coaching is for anyone who wants to elevate their daily life, whether that’s through healthier habits, stronger routines, or more intentional living.
How long does it take to see results?
That depends on your goals. Some clients notice changes—like more energy, better sleep, or less stress in just a couple of weeks. Bigger shifts, like breaking old habits and creating lasting routines, usually take a few months. What matters is that every step forward is progress, and I help you stay consistent along the way.
What if I’ve tried programs before and it did’t work?
That’s exactly why coaching feels different. Most programs hand you a rigid plan and send you off alone. Here at The Lotus Co., nothing is “one-size-fits-all.” We shape habits that fit your real life, with me walking beside you as you practice them until they feel natural. Change doesn’t stick when it’s forced—it sticks when it feels like you.
